Sakura CRM/ERP (Customer Relationship Management / Enterprise Resource Planning) system is software for the automation of business processes of the translation bureau.
The software was developed in 2012 for one of the largest translation bureaus in Saint Petersburg. The company has staffers and remote employees including freelancers, in a total of over 200 workplaces. It's very difficult to control such a large company without a software system.
Sakura was developed using C# .Net Framework with Windows Forms. Database of software implemented using Microsoft SQL server.
Sakura controls orders and the work process by them. There were implemented algorithms for working on all types of services that provide translation bureaus. Here were implemented algorithms of remotely using scanners for scanning and storing documents and many other features.
