Day Planner is software for project management and time management. This software was developed in 2012-2013 years and I've been using it for project management in my company. There were two versions. Making improvements was stopped after the second version release. The Day Planner performed all required actions well, and I had no free time for small cosmetic changes.
The key feature of the software is the automatic planning of tasks for the day. There is an algorithm that allows putting tasks according to their priority, deadlines, and some other properties. uses in our work and seems like very helpful in time management. The algorithm has special settings that allow changing the behavior of planning. The software can pay more attention to deadlines or the priority of projects. Day Planner 2.0 includes a component of Gantt diagram developed especially for Day Planner.
The software was developed using C# .Net Framework on Windows Forms. The software uses SQLite database and works on a single PC, which may be the computer of the main project manager. But basically, there may be a network version using MS SQL or MySQL also.
When you work on several projects at one time, it is difficult to solve what task at what time you should do. We’ve developed the Day Planner as a solution to such problems. Using this software allows a decrease risks of failing projects. The software provides a list of different reports to control the efficiency of using time. The main functions of the software are listed below:

- Day Planner stays in the tray and shows notifications about tasks start and finish,
